Hi I’m Anna, one of the personal trainers at AVA Coaching. I have 4 years of experience working with clients of various levels and experience. I have been helping people improve their health, get exposure to new sports and activities and improve people’s knowledge on health and fitness in a non-invasive and fun way !
I enjoy trying new things to stay healthy and fit whether it’s Pilates, ruining, swimming or hiking. I love the strength and energy that I get from a great session. I’m looking forward to seeing you all in the gym !
